Next milestone reached in wheelset bogie service!<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]Last year, we launched cartridge bearing reconditioning due to the necessary approval for wheelset reconditioning in France. Within a very short space of time, a specialized reconditioning room was set up, staff trained and detailed work instructions and processes developed to ensure reconditioning in compliance with standards. But the successful launch in France was by no means the end of the story…<\/p>\n

We then began checking the requirements for technical approval by Deutsche Bahn. Last week, Thursday, the time had finally come: the process was released by DB! With the successful completion of three key measures, we have now received approval to refurbish the cartridge stores.<\/p>\n

\nThe customer receives HIS bearing back, which can be reinstalled in the same position. It is returned in absolutely new condition, thoroughly cleaned, checked and repaired.<\/p>\n

\nBearing reconditioning contributes to sustainability by reducing waste and promoting the reuse of components. This is an important contribution to the circular economy and the environmental friendliness of the rail sector.
