Successful multi-brand order<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]Overhaul of two LORAM bogies from 1994 for a customer from the Czech Republic<\/strong><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]We are delighted to have recently successfully completed a challenging order to overhaul two LORAM bogies of the SPML 16-2 machine <\/strong>from 1994. This project underlines our expertise as a multi-brand specialist in the wheelset and bogie sector – we not only process ROBEL<\/a><\/span> and Plasser & Theurer Export von Bahnbaumaschinen G.m.b.H.<\/a><\/span> products, but also third-party brands.<\/p>\n

HIGHLIGHTS
\n<\/strong>\u26a1 Few documents<\/strong>
\nDue to sparse documentation, we carried out a detailed inspection of the bogies in Prague in 2021.<\/p>\n

\u26a1 Dismantling for spare parts<\/strong>
\nIn summer 2023, the gearboxes were dismantled. These come from an American manufacturer that no longer exists and contain inch threads as well as American bearings and seals.<\/p>\n

\u26a1 Extensive overhaul
\n<\/strong>The bogies were completely dismantled, stripped of paint, measured and checked for irregularities and NDT signs.
\nAll add-on parts were thoroughly refurbished.<\/p>\n

\u26a1 On-time delivery<\/strong>
\nDespite defective parts that had to be procured, we delivered the order on time.<\/p>\n

KEY TO SUCCESS
\n<\/strong>\u2b50 Regular coordination<\/strong>
\nThrough continuous communication with the customer, we were able to ensure that all steps were carried out transparently and efficiently.<\/p>\n

\u2b50 Interim and final acceptance<\/strong>
\nTogether with the customer, we carried out interim and final acceptance tests at our plant to ensure the highest quality.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the successful implementation of this complex project, our customer has already placed further orders with us for their machines.<\/p>\n
