With fixed prices without subsequent charging (in case of general overhaul with original spare parts) as well as an increase in warranty. Our offer in detail
New tamping unit*
Scope of services: Use of a completely newly manufactured tamping unit, service technician for installation and commissioning, inspection by service technician once per year or after max. 250,000 and 500,000 tampings.
Advantages: Highest quality and precision, condition of the working unit as when the machine was new, quality stock for a long period of use.
Warranty: The warranty is for a maximum of 24 months; however, it ends before the end of this period once 500,000 tampings have been made.
General overhaul with original spare parts*
Scope of services: Complete overhaul of the entire unit according to a standardized process throughout Europe, replacement of specified parts, service technician for installation and commissioning, inspection by service technician once a year or after a maximum of one year. 250,000 stuffings.
Advantages: Fixed price, significant extension of service life through the use of original spare parts, higher quality and precision through increased use of new parts.
Warranty: The warranty is for a maximum of 12 months; however, it ends before the end of this period once 250,000 tampings have been made.
Repair according to cost*
Scope of services: Repair of your aggregate according to agreement, reconditioning of various components depending on their condition in our competence centers.
Advantages: Reuse of most of the components, supplementation with original spare parts.
Warranty: The warranty is for a maximum of 6 months; however, it ends before the end of this period once 150,000 tampings have been made.
Spare parts kit*
Scope of services: Package solution tailored to your machine type, balanced composition based on many years of wear observations.
Advantages: Use of original spare parts, therefore longer durability and higher precision, special price for repair packages.
Warranty: Standard warranty conditions for original spare parts.
