To strengthen our team at the Munich location, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
YOUR TASKS
- Completion of administrative and operational assistance tasks from the areas of sales and marketing
- Responsibility for reliable planning and organization of meetings, appointments, and travel
- Preparation and creation of presentations, reports, statistics and protocols
- Preparation of decision-relevant information
- Conception and implementation of marketing and communication measures
- Implementation of various special projects
- Independent completion of administrative tasks
- Support representation of the management assistance
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the area of assistance
- First professional experience in the secretarial or assistance field
- Organizational skills as well as an independent way of working
- Engaging, friendly demeanor and confident in dealing with interlocutors at all levels
- Absolute discretion, loyalty, flexibility as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
- Routine and confident use of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
