PRS customer service is on the spot quickly
A GMTZ, also known as a track geometry measuring train, had a problem with the door.
DB Netz AG has commissioned PRS to rectify this fault during a standstill period (deadline) at the Hanover Maschinenpool workshop. Of course, Andre Busse answered the “call for help” immediately. To get the machine up and running again quickly, support was provided by the technical customer service from Munich with the appropriate software and fault clearance lists.
