Successful workshop: Retrofit solutions for large Spitzke machines

Standing still is not an option! Together with Plasser & Theurer Export von Bahnbaumaschinen G.m.b.H. and SPITZKE SE, we discussed sustainable solutions for the modernization of large machines in an intensive two-day workshop.

Many machines have a long service life – but over time the supply of spare parts becomes challenging. Retrofitting offers a sustainable alternative here: by selectively replacing critical components, machines can continue to operate efficiently and be brought up to the latest state of the art.

The open exchange between the experts from Spitzke, Plasser & Theurer and PRS has opened up exciting perspectives on how we can work together to extend the life cycle of these machines.
