Wheelset and bogie service

Every 3 years, we step back into the ring and have our performance reviewed by means of an audit by DB. We can proudly say that we have newly obtained the HPQ (Manufacturer Related Product Qualification) of Deutsche Bahn AG for bogies and wheelsets. In particular for the joining of running and driving gear sets.

The aim of this product qualification is to ensure that conditional and reproducible production is possible for corresponding products. […] The HPQ is therefore to be understood as a combined product, process and system audit. (see DB HPQ Guide).
